How long does setup take?
Most shops are running in under an hour. You add your groomers, set their hours, import or type in your clients, and you're ready to schedule. No technical knowledge required.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. Clients get normal SMS from your shop's number — no app required. You and your staff use Sable on any browser, or install it as a PWA on your phone or tablet.
Is the SMS feature TCPA-compliant?
Yes. We use a verified toll-free number, every message includes opt-out instructions, and STOP/HELP keywords are handled automatically. Our SMS Consent Policy documents the full opt-in flow.
Can I customize the message templates?
Absolutely. Every template — appointment reminders, dog-ready alerts, overdue nudges — is editable per shop, and per groomer on the Professional plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Full export available any time from your account. After cancellation your data is retained for 30 days so you can return without losing anything, then permanently deleted.
